and feel at home in the mountains for more than ten years. We take care of every
flat and are always working to improve our service.
For several years now, we have been engaged in major renovation work, upgrading the
property in terms of energy efficiency, aesthetics and functionality.
We are located in the centre of Bardonecchia, on the corner of the town’s pedestrian street (Via Medail). We are in an area that is convenient for everything, close to the main shops, bars and restaurants, 150 metres from the railway station and less than 1 kilometre from the ski lifts.
Our accommodations are equipped with everything you need to stay, cosy and warm during winter and cool during summer, and are highly appreciated for their cleanliness.
The property has an underground garage with an automatic door for parking cars. In addition to these underground parking spaces, there are two outdoor parking spaces in front of the property. Normally, a supplement is required for parking.
For those travelling by bicycle, there is a dedicated storage area and, in the case of e-bikes, a charging point.
For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a convenient storage room for equipment connected to the underground garage.
Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and kept in a manner that respects other guests and the property. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for final cleaning.

The residence consists of 14 apartments furnished in a simple and comfortable style, typical of the mountains. The recently renovated building offers a choice of studio flats and two-room flats with two or four beds. All flats are equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, safe, and fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, and kettle. Welcome kit upon arrival, bed linen and towels are supplied weekly.

Bardonecchia is located in the upper Susa Valley, west of Turin (about 90 km) and 1.5 km from the Frejus Tunnel (border with France). It is easily accessible by all means of transport.
